Return Policy

WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATRONAGE!

At ReplicaSwordSource.com we value your business and do not consider an order final unless you're completely pleased. You may return any purchase for any reason as long as you notify us and request an RMA# within 15 business days of your order's delivery via email or telephone. All we ask is that you are PROMPT in reporting any problems with your order as we cannot accept anything we do not know about beyond the 15 business day requirement. All returns and exchanges require an RMA number displayed on the box used for the return/exchange, simply call us toll free at 888-607-6624 or email us at sales@replicaswordsource.com to request an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

You must contact us either via email or telephone within 15 business days of receiving your order to report a problem. Please save the original boxes your item arrived in!

All returns that are not for exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee; we are not responsible for return shipping fees.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

  • All items are quality inspected prior to shipment and include shipping insurance. We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment.
  • If your order is damaged or if you have sustained a loss during shipment, SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS and contact the UPS carrier IMMEDIATELY. UPS claims may be filed via phone at 1-800-PICKUPS.
    • Retain all packing material until your claim is closed or until otherwise instructed; the carrier may need to inspect it.
    • File your claim with the carrier promptly.
    • Neither the carrier nor ReplicaSwordSource.com is responsible for any damage or shortage claim if the original packing materials are not kept by the customer for inspection.
    • Please contact us IMMEDIATELY to inform us of the problem so that we may track and follow up on your claim with the carrier.
    • We can only ship replacement items at the conclusion of the carrier's claims process.
    • DO NOT return the package to us unless instructed to do so.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

  • If you are not happy with the item you have purchased, you can exchange it for any item of equal or lesser value without being subject to the restocking fee as long as you notify us within 15 business days of receiving your order. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please call us at 888-607-6624 or email us at sales@replicaswordsource.com to request an RMA number; this number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging you return your item in. Once we receive your exchanged item, the replacement will be shipped.
  • Be sure to include a note with your return stating what item you are exchanging for.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS FOR REFUND

  • Your purchase will be refunded to you upon the return of the product; you must inform us of the return within 15 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund, less shipping and handling and 15% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please call us at 888-607-6624 or email us at sales@replicaswordsource.com to request an RMA number and return address; this number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging you return your item in.
  • Please ensure that you include a note with your return stating what the problem with the product is or why you are returning it.
  • Your credit will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made to ReplicaSwordSource.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for your credit to be issued.

SUMMARY

  • You must notify us via email or telephone of any problem within 15 business days of delivery of your order. Without such notification within the 15 business days, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges.
  • Always retain your packing material for any damage/missing item claim until instructed otherwise.
  • We will not issue a refund a purchase because an immediate family member, friend, or relative used your credit card without your permission. Please contact your local authorities and report their unauthorized use of your card.
  • Refunds will not be issued because an item was beleived to be too sharp or dangerous by you. Swords, by their very nature, are weapons and expectations should be based upon that fact.
